Trophy Club, TX is an affluent suburb north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. It is the first master-planned community in Texas and features over 1,000 acres of parks. The name of the community stems from its golf-centric roots and as such, you can find 36 holes of golf here.

Brief history

The area was occupied by early settlers dating as far back as 1847. However, it didn鈥檛 get the name 鈥淭rophy Club鈥 until the 1970s when famed golfer, Ben Hogan, wanted to design a golf course and a two-story clubhouse to store his trophies. Though the latter never came to fruition, the name Trophy Club stuck.
